This six-week “IK Holistic Health Intensive: Level 1” is a crash course for self-managed holistic care. It builds on techniques taught each week and provides you with practical ways to keep yourself and your family healthy. You will learn how to:

- Change thinking patterns
- Use essential oils
- Clear up allergies
- Use supplements to support good health
At the end of this intensive, you will be able to improve your own and your family’s health using just 10 pages for quick reference. You will also receive a notebook packed with reference material, homework each week, and the opportunity, in-session, to practice the skills you’ve learned.
